Leonard Cohen: Judaism in Song

Leonard Cohen was the quintessential Jewish composer of our time – perhaps even more than Bob Dylan.  He was not only an entertainer, song writer, poet, but a man with his own unique Torah.  Rabbi Ron will present several of Cohen’s songs with religious themes and illustrate their connection to both liturgical and biblical texts.  Come sing along with Rabbi Ron and Leonard Cohen. The event is free and open to the public.  Donations to support preservation of our Historic synagogue are appreciated.
