Beth Israel Celebrates Purim with Whole Megillah Shabbat March 11th and CARnival March 13th
The community is invited to a special Shabbat and Purim celebration on Fri., March 11 at 5:30 p.m. at Beth Israel, 2501 Shore Road, Northfield, N.J. Come dressed in your favorite costume, hear the story of Purim and join us after services for 3-cornered pizza, Purim Bingo and bring-your-own-dough Hamentaschen baking. Cost is $5 per person or $20 per family.
The celebration continues with a Purim CARnival on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Families will participate in a scavenger hunt around Linwood, Northfield and Somers Point, and then meet back in the synagogue parking for more activities. Meet in the Beth Israel parking lot for your Scavenger Hunt clues.
