Join our Jewish community for an early observance of Yom HaZikaron and Yom Ha’Atzmaut on Sunday, May 1, 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Milton & Betty Katz JCC. We will begin by honoring the memories of Israel’s fallen soldiers followed by a celebration of Israel’s 74th birthday. Our featured guest will be Israel Nitzan, Deputy Consul General at Consulate General of Israel New York. We are also thrilled to have Rebecca Schoffer providing engaging musical entertainment for all ages.
PJ Library will be providing a fun Israel related children’s activity during the time of the Yom HaZikaron ceremony. Dinner will be provided at no cost (Glatt kosher).
