On March 7 at 2pm, Israeli Chef Ido Zarmi will appear live on Zoom from Israel as he leads participants on a virtual journey through the Shuk, tasting and smelling each stand as we go. You’ll be able to explore the aromas of the open-air market, tasting each spice and ingredient in real-time as we learn about today’s Israeli food scene.
