Tuesday, November 13 is Movie Day at Beth El Synagogue at 2 pm. The movie this month will be “Phantom Thread,” that is set in the glamour of 1950’s post-war London, renowned dressmaker Reynolds Woodcock, played by Daniel Day-Lewis and his sister Cyril, played by Lesley Manville, are the center of British fashion, dressing royalty, movie stars, heiresses, socialites, debutants and dames with the distinct style of The House of Woodstock.
The movie is a Gothic Romance of twists, turns and power struggles of pure, delicious pleasure, devilishly funny and luxuriantly sensuous. All are welcome to attend. Cost is $5.00 per person and includes snacks. For more information, contact (609)823-2725.
