Embark on a journey from poignant tears to devout joy, illustrating the beginning of Jewish music and the resilience of the Jewish soul. From original niguns and playful freilehs to beautiful songs of prayer, Musician David Podles will showcase Sephardic, Jewish and Hebrew pieces in this heartfelt and exciting trip through Jewish musical history.
Jewish Vaudeville Meets Broadway

Movie: Orchestra of Exiles
Join us for an afternoon of delightful songs from yesteryear encompassing the hits of Jewish musicals as well as Vaudeville and Klezmer tunes. Performance by Richard Singer will include lots of singing as well as music on the guitar, ukulele and harmonica. Expect popular Jewish tunes like: Bei Mir Bist Du Shein, Yossel Yossel and several songs from Fiddler on the Roof.
The cost for each program is $3 for members – $5 for guests in advance or $5 members – $8 guests the day of the program.
